Due to growth and their long standing relationships with their clients, they are now seeking a candidate who can support their Advisors and Partners on a daily bases to ensure they provide a professional and supported service, through seamless processes at all stages of their services.
Reporting to the Director, your role will include:
- Providing quality service and maximising Client retention and referral.
- Maintaining standards for compliance requirements to ensure adherence to legislative and best practice requirements;
- Participating and contributing to our process and business improvement projects to increase client engagement as well as the efficiency and effectiveness of our business;
- Liaise and assist with clients appointments; preparation of reports
- Providing proactive service that exceeds our clients expectations and provides them with timely and accurate information in person and via phone and email;
- Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system and update platforms;
- Prepare and submit accurate application and transaction paperwork;
- Follow up with clients and suppliers to ensure that all details are accurate and provided in a timely manner;
- Prepare client and providers’ documents and quotes, liaise directly with life insurance companies, platforms and investment managers;
- Liaise with Centrelink on client issues;
Ideally you will have:
- Approximately 2-5 years’ experience in a client service role preferably in the financial planning industry experience,
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and end-to-end processing
- Previous experience with financial planning software particularly AdviserLogic is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Proactive in improving the service provided to the clients.
