About the Job: The Client Services Officer ensures high-quality service delivery to clients, fosters strong relationships, and provides essential administrative support to Financial Planners (FPs). This role involves managing client documentation, coordinating communications, and ensuring timely implementation of financial services.
The Client Services Officer ensures high-quality service delivery to clients, fosters strong relationships, and provides essential administrative support to Financial Planners (FPs). This role involves managing client documentation, coordinating communications, and ensuring timely implementation of financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process new business applications and maintain accurate client records in the Client Management System (CMS).
· Coordinate follow-ups, ensuring timely completion and keeping clients updated.
· Prepare and manage client portfolio and risk management reports.
· Resolve client issues efficiently, liaising with fund managers and life offices.
· Respond to client inquiries via phone or email, offering a friendly and professional service.
· Assist with client documentation, and send appointment reminders.
· Schedule appointments, prepare necessary documents for client meetings, and support sales efforts by identifying opportunities.
· Maintain client files and records, produce reports, and manage mail and document handling.
Qualifications& Experience:
· Experience in a professional environment, proficiency in document production and financial services, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
· Business studies, familiarity with client data systems (e.g., XPlan)
· Strong communication, customer service focus, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities.
