As a global cloud company, our client provides human capital management technology solutions to its corporate clients. It assists employees with all HR solutions, from areas such as ensuring accurate HR data is maintained, paid on time, career development, payrolling, cost control, workforce planning etc.
Due to continued growth they are now seeking to employ experienced WFM Implementation Consultants to join their growing team, based anywhere in Australia.
As an WFM Implementation Consultant, you will participate in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities.
Project responsibilities include; gathering customer requirements, configuring the software solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager.
· Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to functionality
· Configure application to meet customer’s documented business requirements
· Conduct consulting sessions and document with meeting minutes
· Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
· Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise
· Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces
· Be a “go-to” resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external users
· Previously been employed in a similar Implementation role, working with the implementation of payroll software or workforce management/time and attendance modules
· Understanding of Australian awards would be advantageous
· Relevant Qualifications in Business or IT would be desirable
· Experience with Dayforce System is essential
· Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution
· Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices
