Implementation Consultant

About the Position:

Primary responsilibity to capture, analyse and document customer’s business requirements, and translating them into Oracle SaaS Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions that meet the customer’s business environment and business objectives. Additionally, consultant will also assist the customer in their transformation from on-premise Hyperion implementation to the Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver Saas EPM solutions to clients,

-Gathering business requirements through workshop sessions,

-Validate, analyse and document requirements with customer, EPM configuration to meet customer’s business requirements,

-Develop training materials for Customer,

-Run/lead training sessions,

-Establish and manage Customer expectations,

-Attend project meetings (as required), contribute to internal implementation initiatives,

-Act as functional SME, the go-to resource for internal and external stakeholders.

Experience:

-Experience as an Accountant or Systems accountant

-Experience in Oracle suite of EPM solutions. Experience with ERP systems will be a bonus.

-On-premise to Cloud integration would be ideal

-Experience in developing EPM functional and technical specifications

-Experience with testing and change management processes

-Excellent communications skills

-Project Management skills.
