Part-time Administration Assistant

As a boutique financial planning business, our client provides a personalized service to assist with their clients financial solutions. They work together to understand the needs and aspirations of their clients and have built long term valued and trusted relationships over this period.

They are now seeking to recruit a Part-time experienced Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you role will be varied and will require you to:

  • Provide assistance with reporting and service agreement preparations for clients
  • Maintain and ensure client records are entered into database accurately
  • Invoice and manage client payments
  • Liaise with 3rd parties, such as ATO to gather relevant information
  • Enter details into spreadsheet to calculate franking credits etc
  • General adhoc administrative duties, filing, letter preparation etc

 
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and friendly team. Ideally they are seeking someone to work over a 3 day period, however this is flexible and can be spread out to 5 days with reduced hours if this would work better for you. 

To be successful, you must have recent relevant administrative experience, ideally in a similar role in a financial services business. You must be proficient in Excel and Word and Xplan (pref’d but not essential). This position will play a pivotal role in supporting the team and ensure their clients are well supported with great customer service.
