Elite Talent Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our client's team.
As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for managing key clients, nurturing relationships and managing a team of junior accountants.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is technically skilled, brings a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and someone who is excited to engage and connect with clients.
· Preparation of Financial Statements
· Preparation of Income Tax Returns
· Working with the Corporate Affairs System
· Assisting with research on technical matters as directed
· Preparing Budget and Cash Flow models
· Managing + motivating a small team of junior and graduate accountants
· Building, nurturing, and growing client relationships, and ensuring the firms services are
provided.
· CA qualified preferred, open to CPA.
· 4 Years+ accounting experience
· Thorough knowledge of federal, state tax regulations
· Proficiency in preparation software and accounting systems – Xero + CAS, Work papers
· Management and leadership skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisational + time management skills
· Experience managing client base
