Workforce and Rostering Manager

Seeking an expert Workforce and Rostering Manager to support Aged and Healthcare Facility in Melbourne

Our client is a health and aged care provider based in the south eastern suburbs, also with sites in the north and west of Melbourne. They provide outstanding service and facilities to their residents and ensure quality of service and positioning in the market is always at an exceptional level.

Due to growth, they are now seeking an experienced Rostering and WFM Manager to join their team and assist with their growth to ensure company efficiencies are always met.

Your role will require you to:

· Ensure the effective implementation of a time management system and technology is optimised
· Lead and support the rostering team (3) to ensure efficient allocation of the workforce at all sites
· Coordinate rostering activities across the business
· Engage and support the rostering team to ensure rosters reflect the operational needs of the respective sites
· Develop policies and procedures for the processes in relation to establishment, maintenance and variations to rosters
· Update, create and implement new workflows and processes to ensure synergy between the Rostering Team and operational areas
· Identify new opportunities for stakeholders to maximise value using the Humanforce platform
· Identify and analyse relevant data and trends impacting resources.
· Recommend and implement tactical solutions to improve performance.

To be successful in this role you must have:

· Experience working in aged care industry or healthcare industry where rostering management was required 24/7
· Experience in Humanforce WFM Software or a similar time management and WFM software
· As part of the senior leadership team, your communication skills and ability to adapt your style to all levels is essential to your success
· Strong confidence in your technical and analytical abilities
· Proactive and process improvement focussed to ensure continuous improvement
